On the way

The staff list, roles and departments above already work. These parts of Rosterr are being built.

Sessions and scheduling: Trainings, shifts and events with sign-ups. Times are saved in UTC and shown in each person’s time zone.
Activity and timesheets: Time on duty, quotas and reviews. Quotas pause while approved time off runs.
Moderation: Cases, warnings and evidence in one place, with public appeals for the people affected.
Recruitment: Public application forms and hiring decisions in a single queue.
Time off: Requests and approvals, with the right people notified.
Game API: Send activity and moderation data in from your game with one API key per group.

And the rest: group wall announcements, policies people sign off on, internal docs, mail, recognition, an audit log and a Discord bot.

Someone’s job in a group may ride on what we show. So we keep it plain.

No bot accounts: Ranks change through your group owner’s Open Cloud key or Roblox OAuth permissions.
13 and over: People under 13 cannot use Rosterr. People aged 13 to 17 get stricter privacy defaults.
Dates you can read: Times are shown on a 24-hour clock in your time zone, as in 12 Apr, 18:00 UTC.
